Bing & Decide Empty
PostSubject: Bing & Decide   Bing & Decide EmptyFri 27 Aug 2010, 4:35 pm

Do you see what they are doing?

Bing is Microsoft's new search engine

Bing = O + O in the OODA Loop

Bing is supplying our Observations and Orientation

Even the "bing" noise is made to emulate the sound that we attribute to thought, or a new idea.

It is a "Decision Engine" (not a search engine)

M$of owns your O + O.... so, no need to think anymore.

The commercial reflect the 'Ordo Ab Chao' idea... M$oft will order your chaos...

Bring me my reality, please...

and order my world.

Fuck You, M$oft!

This UK Bing Ad is even scarier.

"For every thousand hacking at the leaves of evil, there is one striking at the root."

They're using ALL of their Bernays/Tavistock knowhow here, I think... A truly ugly product, imo and an arrogant piece of work, just like their creators.

Yep, Fuck them.

You know, they've certainly set a new tone for advertising. No more cajoling or persuading, I guess.-now they intend to just shock&awe us into using their product. Perhaps that's the well-researched 'traumatic' approach? Their crazed-robot creation certainly did shock/scare me, but I don't see how that was supposed to endear this product to me. Hopefully they''ve miscalculated, and others will feel as I do, that I wouldn't go near BING, as long as I had another choice. But from the comments I read at the Youtube site, I'm not so sure....... Sad

I don't trust Bing nor Google. Instead I use these search engines which claim to protect your privacy: https://ssl.scroogle.org/ and http://www.yauba.com/
