In this Google talk, Daniel Goleman talks about shaping emotional behavior by establishing metrics that enable the evaluation of people based upon what he calls their "Emotional Intelligence". This "Emotional Intelligence" can be measured by analyzing what Goleman refers to as the following "Distinguishing Competencies"
1. Singular drive to succeed 2. Ability to Influence 3. Conceptual thinking (pattern recognition) 4. Analysis (breaking problems down systematically; drawing logical conclusions) 5. Taking on challenges 6. Being self confident, independent
Important Note: Listen very carefully to the discussion on the Amygdala Hijack, starting at approx min 15:00. He does an excellent job explaining our thought behavior processing, and how fear modifies it (note; this is why propaganda is designed to keep us in a state of constant fear.)

How long before we have an "Emotional Intelligence" (EI) score (EIS)? And how long before we have companies like the big credit agencies (Trans Union, etc.) who keep track of our EIS, and accept input from people in our "Social Network", with that input calculated into our EIS? Don't believe me, just take a look at companies like Rapleaf.com, they're already tracking our "reputations" by email address, with the company being founded by someone who is deeply immersed in the political simulacrum (this guy is well connected in the Republican Party).

Probably, not long-if we don't already have it. Look, these people (the Nutcases) are obsessive busybodies, and cannot help themselves. Let us, ah, be forgiving.
Re: the important guy, this is Peter Thiel, I believe? He really gets around, does he not, and if we can believe it, (i.e. IF he really achieved what is claimed and not the elusive cryptocracy) is a really talented businessman: founding PayPal was a brilliant stroke. Is this who you're referring to?

yes they are most certainly using emotional intelligence which is something undefinable to control people. In a scientific socialized system they define who will have the right to work with what by using psychologists. It is a scientific joyless system, stable predictable. This is how the welfare system works I believe. But it is also important to not let them catch us using the occult technique of "externalization of the hirarchy". Many people researching this end up filled in their heads with data given to them by the elite. In the end this data is going to try to prove to them that the elite is right. This is the externalization of the hirarchy which is a masonic ritual being performed agains the masses via the internet at this very moment. It is the higher esoteric workings of conspiracy theory.
The truth is that in the old days before internet etc, people to a greater degree were centered within themselves. Not stuck to a computer for answers. They were therefore not controllable by the elite. The education of the masses have made mind control possible. Even though they before then used symbols, terror etc to enforce the same indoctrination. Education is still more efficient as a mind control technique.

Can you tell us more about "externalization of the hierarchy", perhaps in another thread. I've not heard this term before, and would be interested in learning more and how this applies to the Internet as a tool.
