Ukrainians are set to join future EU army. Shall we jump with joy?

Ye, the idea of such an army has been recently voiced by top EU official. I think that many EU politicians are just sick and tired of NATO military gambling worldwide, Ukraine the last in the list. Americans are really crazy guys obsessed with wars. I am sure the idea of EU army is a try to escape participation in those wars.
As for Ukrainians they are crazy too 'course their top military have already declared that they hope the EU army will get involved to stay on defense of USA tamed Ukraine! They just lack brain. Europeans hate wars and that stir in Ukraine made by Americans amounts to war.
