Fear laced propaganda bypasses the human brain's frontal cortex, where it can be analytically examined, and directly to the rear portions of the brain controlled by the brain's Amygdala. The Amygdala controls emotional responses, and does not analyze communications for completeness or rationality. So, fear allows the system to propagate irrational and conflicting messages that cause their target audience to respond in emotional ways that even the audience does not realize or understand.

Our higher emotions make us irrational and they of course use our pitty our love our fear our basic need for love against us...
