@22: I was working on an idea on how to apply cybernetics to the law. To me, it was a very obvious connection, because law is about CONTROLLING BEHAVIOR and cybernetics has to do with control.
So, I was using behaviorist theorists and schemes to try to make the connections, and then I stumbled upon Ross Ashby's book [Introduction to Cybernetics] and I said that this is what I need.
@1:15 ....Cybernetics was a joint effort of the brightest scientists at the time. This has now been called the Big Bang of the Information era.
This was a collective effort, after the World War, to try to do something creative with all the knowledge they had acquired.

It's the Big Bang of controlling behavior... that's what all the scientists of the world have gotten together to focus on? Really?

Walker, your footprints
are the path and nothing else;
walker, there is no path,
the path is made as you walk.

If we're naturally bred humans, we come with that unfortunate side effect of being human. Despite all their sciences, there are vestiges of the human mind they just can't control.
And that pisses them off.
So we don't get to be human anymore.

Well, they can't seem to Ponerize us to the degree that they wish, so they are first going to modify us via transhumanist techniques, then second they will replace us altogether with machines.

Im sure they have several routes they will take but yes, the end goal is the same. Goodbye humans.
