PostSubject: Structurally Complex Systems   Sat 31 Jul 2010, 10:48 pm

Starting about @ 5:30

Structurally Complex Systems are essentially a "rational" system that can be measured, where inputs in can provide measurable and model-able outputs. The Internet is a Structurally Complex System.
  • very little freedom of action of the parts of the system
  • these systems have cause and effect

We're migrating from a "Wiked" system to a Structurally Complex System that is highly analyzable and therefore, predictable. And predictable systems are controllable.
