If you haven't figured it out by now, then you probably should stay there. I joined-up here because I was promised that I'd be hangin with the big-boys (and girls), people who either understand the truth or are on a serious path towards understanding it.

Good thing I saved many of my posts in their native format, as I'll take some of the better stuff and repost it. I've been looking for a better hangout, and given the people who contacted me about this place, hopefully I've found it.

Perhaps you're right. Don't know enough to know.

But in general, I think it's time to put that in the past and focus on moving forward.

We can remove the shackles here and get down to business.

The moderation was getting tiresome as was discerning their agenda. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the cream of the crop from RPFs over here.

Thanks for saying that; it could not be truer. It's good to get away from the total unfairness that was sometimes practiced there, but which we could do nothing about. Ugh. That kind of dishonesty is BAD for one's soul.

Yes, it was all steered toward political activism; that's the control that I found so distasteful. Any posts oriented towards other forms of freedom-fighting were quickly discouraged. This is not freedom of speech in my book and very hypocritical, to boot.

And I agree, education (in an effective form, though) is very important to our cause.

Well, I got banned for referring to RPH as a "moron" in a PM conversation with Josh. I thought that was the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced online.

I still browse RPF from time to time and I was trying to find some insight on the Ft. Hood shooting which lead me to a link here. I am very happy to have found this place, I see some familiar names.

The Ft Hood Op is very important, and really needs continued analysis. I'm very concerned about the segmentation that's going on, and how they're running such strong messages at each of these segments.

I recently came across an interesting term used by Adorno in his book, One Dimensional Man. It's something he referred to as "Identity Thinking," where someone thinks along the lines of the brand that they relate to, such as RPF, more than they think as an independent individual.

That is clearly what is happening now, as they employ these trama events to create discrete segments of the population, each with their own unique identity, which can be targeted, manipulated and turned against other identity thinkers.

Given the way "controversial" threads were summarily attacked or relegated to private unvisited subforums, I'm saying that the only conclusion one can draw is that they are a deliberate perpetrator of them.

Their mod team certainly is quite deliberate with their complete disregard for truth.

I was banned by the admin, Josh, for the contents of my PM to him during a heated PM discussion. So, it's obviously coming from the top, at least the top that is exposed to the public. But I'm almost certain Josh would have handler(s) who are guiding him, as I've seen this before at other online forums. In my experience, from what I've actually seen behind the scenes, these forums are much more controlled than people would ever believe.

I'm most suspicious of ronpaulhawaii and cowlesly, cointel or not at best they are a very dishonest group and I find it to be very sad that they have successfully established themselves as a group/voice for "liberty".

Well it also depends on how deep you think the rabbit hole goes, if Ron Paul himself is cointel, then so are his followers - however good their intentions may be. Personally I think politics is a dirty game regardless of what your intentions are. Left or right the end goal becomes a game of who can manipulate the masses, and that is exactly what RPF does - attempt to manipulate the posting habits of their member base for the desired goal of a pre-selected image of what Ron Paul supporters look like to the rest of the world.

RPH, definitely. I think he is the ringleader, actually.

I would also add that they are masters at fund-raising, so far as to even keep some loyal RPFers
too broke to pay their own bills...tsk and sheesh.

Pretty accurate, I'd say. Probably more too. Many more members have an agenda torward the whole activism/fundraising meme, anything else is marginalized as unpatriotic. I think activism at this point in the game is pointless, that's just my opinion. Interesting how they allow an-cap debates to still rage, even if they are marginalized and put in the back rooms. Just part of the simulacrum to keep us from what really matters.

Don't you think purging the "smartest people" was deliberate? I mean, if you want to manipulate others and maintain control, you're not going to keep the cream of the crop around who can think for themselves.

Anyway, you're in a safe and welcoming environment now that is focused on polite, interesting and important conversation. We have much work to do, and much understanding that needs to be gained and distributed.

Very odd statement from Josh in this thread. Why is he bringing it up - he's not exactly condemning the idea...

Well, Bill Moyers is CFR, targeting the LEFT with his own form of propaganda. So, I don't know why anyone would be following or quoting him.

And as far as the logic behind bringing back the draft so people will oppose it, one could use that same stupid argument to support bringing back Slavery.
