TSA agent uses his power to scare the shit out of a young female passenger, TSA agent who's job role includes nude scans on everyone else has his privacy completely protected - but he is fired or chooses to quit his job.

That is, of course, if you don't think this story is bullshit from beginning to end. The thoughts that supposedly went through this girls head while it was happening are especially rich:

Quote :
Two thoughts came to her in a jumble: A terrorist was using her to
sneak bomb-detonating materials on the plane. Or a drug dealer had made
her an unwitting mule, planting coke or some other trouble in her bag
while she wasn't looking.

I think this is lining up with IP's previous thoughts on discrediting TSA for the sake of centralized security.

TSA has always been totally polite. While they are sometimes a little disorganized, I've never seen them to be disrespectful. Personally, I think this story is totally manufactured.

Looks like we're going to get plenty more TSA-needs-to-be-dumped stories. Just wonder what Chertoff wants to replace them with? I'm sure if he had his way, we'd get Chinese Delta Force Commandos running our check points.

I think the goal is still the full-body (naked) scanning machines. Sad
