Americans see as mere imbeciles NATO allies and plan to equip Ukrainian army with the most sophisticated military

I was amazed to learn that Rapid Trident military exercise of the Ukrainian Army and NATO units would take place at the end of September in Ukraine.  You know there's real war going on in eastern part of Ukraine!
Even more I was amazed by the news that Ukraine will get the latest military gadgets sort of ekzoskeleton and  some modern governments sort of FGM-148 Javelin (fire-and-forget anti-tank missiles). Not every NATO country can boast them you know!
Generally, I happened to learn that missiles were received in some Polish units but then they were informed they should pass them to Ukrainians!! Those Polish military guys were so loudly debating this "injustice" in our local pub that I heard it and understood it.  
Sure thing, Americans are set to test their weapons in war activities but they shouldn't humiliate their allies this way, I think.
